To use TradeAviator, you confirm that:

We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time.

TradeAviator provides a digital platform that may include:

• Cryptocurrency trading and exchange services
• Buying and selling of gift cards
• Bill payment services such as airtime, data bundles, and cable TV subscriptions

We may introduce new services, modify existing ones, or discontinue any service at our discretion without prior notice.

By using TradeAviator, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information
• Use the Platform strictly for lawful purposes
• Safeguard your login details and account access
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account

You must not use TradeAviator to:

• Carry out fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activities
• Exploit, manipulate, or attempt to influence market prices or system operations
• Disrupt, hack, or interfere with the security or functionality of the Platform

Any violation may result in immediate action against your account.

All applicable charges for using our services will be clearly displayed on the Platform. TradeAviator may revise its fees from time to time, and such changes will take effect once published or communicated.

All completed transactions are considered final. Refunds are only available in limited circumstances, such as verified system failures or unsuccessful transactions, and only after a thorough internal review.

TradeAviator shall not be held responsible for:

• Financial losses caused by cryptocurrency market fluctuations
• Delays or failures resulting from third-party providers or blockchain networks
• Account compromise due to your failure to maintain proper security

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You fail identity verification or compliance checks
• Suspicious or prohibited activity is detected

During investigations, TradeAviator may temporarily restrict access to your funds where legally required.

All content, software, trademarks, logos, and designs used on TradeAviator are the exclusive property of TradeAviator or its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Platform for its intended purpose only.

You agree not to bypass, disable, or tamper with any security features of the Platform. TradeAviator may restrict or block access if unauthorized use or security threats are suspected.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TradeAviator, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. Proceedings shall be conducted in English.

TradeAviator may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
